Shipping Costs

Standard shipping on all orders within the United States is $9.00 and takes 5-7 business days.

All orders placed before 12 pm PST are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays), after you receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Most packages arrive within a week. We do not offer expedited shipping, but if this is something you are looking for please email us at and we’ll accommodate where possible. All orders are shipped from Illinois.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address at any time prior to a package being shipped by following the steps below:

  1. Login to your Daily Elements account
  2. Click “Subscriptions” on the left menu
  3. Click “Edit Address” in the “Shipping Address” section
  4. Enter your new shipping address
  5. Click “Confirm” to have your next order shipped here


Note: Changes to a shipping address will remain saved to your account and all future orders will be sent there until otherwise changed.

Can I return your product if I don’t like it?

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee on Daily Elements. If you are unhappy with your purchase for some reason, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a full refund. More info here.

Do you ship to Canada?

No, we don't ship to Canada for the time being.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. After setting up an account, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. You can also contact our team by chat or email.
