Our 30-day taste guarantee

We have a 30-Day Taste Guarantee so you can experience Daily Elements with confidence. If, for any reason, you find that our product falls short of your expectations we're here to make it right.

Contact our team at helpdesk@getdailyelements.com to start a return and our team will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returned products do not need to be sent back in their original packaging. We definitely want you to open the box and try the product! The trial period is for thoroughly testing Daily Elements so that you can make an informed decision on whether or not you want to continue using it. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We want your experience to be flawless from start to finish. Please take a moment to inspect your order upon reception. If you discover any defects, damage, or if you have received the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately.

 

Exchanges

If you have ordered the wrong item, the fastest way to ensure you receive what you desire is to initiate a return of the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

 

How to initiate a Return:

  • Contact Us: To begin the return process, please reach out to our customer support team at helpdesk@getdailyelements.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Reason for Return: We value your feedback, and it helps us continually improve our offerings. Kindly let us know why you'd like to return the product when contacting us.
  • Return Authorization: If your return is eligible, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

 

Refund process:

Once we receive your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the status of your refund. You will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
