Dietitian Notes
We’re not compromising on flavor with this healthy antipasto! Olive oil and walnuts supply unsaturated fats that support heart health. Garlic adds prebiotic compounds and flavor depth. Herbs and tomatoes layer in color and antioxidants such as lycopene, and a scoop of Daily Elements and a healthy sprinkle of parsley add an extra green source of phytonutrients to round out this bread dip.
