Dietitian Notes
While this smoothie tastes rich and indulgent, it has a lot of major benefits. Pumpkin, banana,
oats, and dates make for a great combination of soluble and insoluble fibers. Greek yogurt is a great source of protein and probiotics, which helps with the satiety effect. Nut butter contributes healthy fats and also supports satiety. Daily Elements adds microgreen based nutrition and antioxidants, making this pie-like smoothie a balanced and nourishing choice.
