Jade Latte
Method
-
Warm the milk. Heat the milk until warm (not boiling) and pour into a serving cup.
-
Whisk the base. In a wide cup, sift matcha and Daily Elements; add 1 tbsp hot (but not boiling) water and whisk until lightly foamy.

-
Assemble. Stir the greens mixture into the milk, then add honey, and stir.

-
Serve. Enjoy immediately.

Notes & Variations
-
Mind the heat: Matcha, Daily Elements, and manuka honey all have heat sensitive nutrients. Aim for warm versus boiling to preserve nutrient density.
-
Make-ahead: Pre-mix matcha and Daily Elements in a small jar for faster prep.
-
Habit tip: Replace one afternoon coffee with this for steadier energy.
-
Swap: Use maple syrup or coconut palm sugar for a vegan sweetener. Use oat milk for extra creaminess or almond milk for a lighter version.
-
Iced option: Shake the greens mixture with cold milk and ice.
Dietitian Notes
Instead of yet another cup of coffee to make it through the afternoon slump, try this latte instead. Matcha provides antioxidants and a much gentler caffeine boost without leaving you feeling fried. Milk gives you additional protein and a good source of calcium. Daily Elements adds phytonutrients that support everyday vitality to support clean, smooth and sustained energy. Manuka honey not only adds subtle sweetness and flavor, but it also has antibacterial properties that can be supportive of overall gut health.
