Iced Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte
Method
-
Layer the base. Spoon pumpkin spice spread at the bottom of a glass. Add ice and pour in milk until 3/4 full.

-
Whisk the matcha. In a separate cup, whisk matcha, Daily Elements, and water until smooth. Pour over milk.

-
Froth the cream. In a small cup, froth heavy cream and pumpkin spice spread until thick. Spoon over latte and dust with cinnamon. Serve immediately.

-
Optional: Make homemade pumpkin spice spread. In a food processor, combine 10 Dates , 4 tbsp coconut cream, 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey, ½ tsp vanilla, ⅛ tsp. salt, 3 tbsp pumpkin puree, 1 tsp pumpkin spice.
Notes & Variations
-
Habit tip: Keep a small jar of homemade pumpkin spice spread in your fridge to make this a daily ritual.
-
Swap: Use oat milk for extra creaminess or almond milk for a lighter version.
-
Extra cozy: This recipe easily translates to a warm version– just warm the milk.
Dietitian Notes
Skip the expensive, sugary cafe drinks and opt for this fall sip instead. Plus, when made with our homemade pumpkin spice spread, you get extra points for added fiber, beta carotene, healthy fats, and minerals from whole food ingredients. We love the matcha and Daily Elements combo as a natural source of energy to fight off the afternoon slump without the coffee crash.
Heavy cream gives richness but can be easily swapped for plant-based milk foam (or omitted if watching fat intake). Daily Elements adds antioxidant-rich microgreens, supporting digestive health and immune response. Together, this latte satisfies cravings while helping you keep up your fall wellness habits.
