Creamy Green Pea Pasta

Method
-
Blend the sauce. Combine peas, avocado, garlic, basil, parmesan, Daily Elements, broth, and pasta water in a blender. Blend until smooth.

- Toss and serve. Mix with cooked pasta and add extra pasta water or broth as needed to adjust the consistency.

Notes & Variations
-
Make-ahead: Store sauce refrigerated for up to 3 days
-
Will it brown? The vibrant green color survives reheating thanks to lemon juice and the strong color of green veggies!
-
Upgrade: Top with extra parmesan or chili flakes.
