Citrus, Ginger & Honey Tea
Method
-
Prepare citrus & ginger. Wash thoroughly, then thinly slice lemons, orange, and ginger. Remove seeds.

-
Layer in jar. In a clean quart-sized jar, layer citrus and ginger slices with any chosen boosters.

-
Pour honey. Pour honey in stages, using a spoon to help guide the honey to fill nooks and crannies. Keep layering ingredients and adding more honey until the jar is full.

-
Settle & store. Seal and let sit 24 hours at room temp to infuse, then refrigerate. The mixture keeps for 2–3 months.

-
Serve as tea. Add 1-2 spoonfuls of mixture to a mug, pour in hot water, and stir well. Once cooled slightly, stir in 1 scoop Daily Elements until dissolved. Sip warm.

Notes & Variations
-
Extra soothing: Pair with chamomile tea, mint tea, or a sprig of thyme for calming benefits.
